Incorrect region

I set up a sky account and my postcode is Warwickshire (so West Midlands) and yet I'm getting East Midlands regional news channels. The weather etc. doesn't remotely show my area. Can this be changed?

The default region is determined by your post code. You could highlight the problem to Sky, but they may not change it.
