Incorrect pin on sky stream setup

Having a nightmare with initial Sky stream setup. Tried 3 x pucks now and all do the same thing - get most of the way through initial setup and then get stuck on 'incorrect pin' page. I've tried last 4 digits of my mobile number, I've also successfully reset the pin and tried that. When I try and enter the correct pin it just continues to say 0 of 3 attempts and doesn't register me entering the pin. At my wits end - Sky are aware, supposedly escalated it but can't seem to fix it! I'm sure there is some sort of account issue but does anyone know how else I can fix it? I've tried hard resetting the pucks over 30 times too.
