I think if you press the centre button whilst in the EPG it will change to current selected channel. For example, open EPG, press centre button on BBC1, the little window will appear playing BBC1. Now scroll down the EPG looking at what's on the other channels, the little window will continue to show BBC1. Now say you decide you want to watch BBC1 afterall, but the EPG is now on channel 150, pressing the centre button now will select channel 150. At this point how do you watch BBC1 full screen? I press the home button and then select "currently playing".
