Re: Incompatible Samsung tv and sky stream
Hi
Changed the tv to a LG smart tv AI 32LR60 at 1920 x 1080 resolution and still not connecting to sky stream . It's stuck on the "now connected screen ".
I didn't have these issues with my previous 25 year old LG. No one seems to have a list of what new tv's will be compatible

A puck struggling to connect with Sky servers isn't a television set incompatibility: it's typically a WiFi or broadband problem with the puck itself.

Almost any current UHD television model is 'compatible' with Sky Stream (as in it will display an image over an HDMI cable) : any such list is entirely pointless.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Incompatible Samsung tv and sky stream
I had the exact same issue with my new Samsung TV and Sky puck. It worked perfectly the first night, but the next day all I got was a pixelated screen with blurry lines — nightmare! I spent hours resetting and rebooting everything, including an hour on the phone with Sky, with no luck.
Luckily, I still had my old TV (which the puck worked fine on), so I plugged it in there and changed the resolution to 720p, as suggested in this thread. Lo and behold, when I plugged it back into the new TV, it worked! I’ve switched it back to 1080p HD to see if the issue comes back, but for now that seems to have sorted it.
Thank you @BenJoBanjo
