Can I ask, how are things when you check this morning?

 

EDIT: Our support teams have advised of an update that was implemented last night. Can we ask you to restart your puck and let us know how things are afterwards, please?

sky apps showing blurry pictures

whenever using apps on sky my pictures are blurry ( on netflix ) and buffering on amazon prime. This does not happen on my smart tv.

any suggestions as tried all the switch off and switch on  procedures

So this can be moved to the correct forum what is this happening on, Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

Hi @Skyuser9876  If you received an update with the possible solution it might be an idea to reboot your puck to make sure all the update has taken effect. I was updated last night and have already rebooted my system.

Netflix fuzzy

Netflix content fuzzy despite all other apps being fine and connection fine. Resetting puck clears it until turning on the next time. 

Is this a known issue?

Hi @Sauzee4  Yes this is a known issue that has been going on for a couple of weeks.  SKy are working to fix the issue and therfe is a comprehensive thread on the subject HERE.

I powered down my sky stream puck and since I powered it back up Netflix seems to be working fine

Was still doing it but I did a restart on the.Puck seems ok now.  Seems the restart worked this time.

I have turned mine off at the mains supply to reboot the puck. Netflix is now working for me. I also turned the puck off and on a couple of times then back to Netflix and it was still fine and a good, clear picture. This update looks to have worked, for me at least.

We have sky glass in bedroom and the additional box in our living room. The living room one is blurry. Thanks
