Tested my Netflix out last night and mine isn't picking up Dolby Vision anymore. It's either loading in SDR or standard HDR.

On titles that definitely have DV?

Re: Had to restart my Sky Puck

I have a issue with Netflix picture being fuzzy, normal TV fine. Any tips/solutions appreciated not sure if it's the puck or my internet 🤷

Hi @HTay146 and welcome to the forum.  I have not personally seen any deterioration in the Netflix picture quality (I'm actually watching Netflix as I type).  However there is definitely a problem of some sort as other people have also been complaining.  This is a known issue which Sky are currently trying to resolve.  There is a comprehensive thread on this issue at THIS link.

This is happening to me too. I have multiple sky stream pucks and Netflix will only appear clear on one at a time. You have to restart the box it's blurry on for it to be clear, which then makes the others (including the one that was working) blurry. Very frustrating

Re: Image quality on Netflix August 2025

Seems like it's something to do with the server-based hosting of the Netflix app which is one of the unique features of SkyOS.
Normally Netflix is an app stored on the device being used by the subscriber. On Stream and Glass the app is accessed on Sky's server. There must be some kind of latency problem on some, possibly busy, servers which is giving this degraded image quality for some Sky customers.
Hopefully they'll work out a solution soon.

Is there any update on this? We're having this issue every time we try to use Netflix.

Netflix pictire quality

When watching netlix through the stream box the picture quality is bad but I dont have the dane issue through my firestick so isn't a problem with my Internet.  I've tried restarting the box and refreshing the apps as well as re starting my router but doesn't change anything

You'll see there's a four page thread with others suffering the same problem. Sky are aware but there's no timeline for a fix.

In the meantime just use your Firestick if you want to watch Netflix in full quality.
