ITVX Keeps Closing Live Stream

For the past couple of days viewing live TV around 20mins in using the service it closes with Technical Problem, it then returns to the home screen.  It isn't at the AD break just random.

I am having problems with itv x as well. It needs sorting out. The banner keeps staying on screen until the back button is pressed. It jumps to later scenes for no reason. The ad skipping is very random. It used to just go across easily but now sometimes it replays the same ad or takes ages to go through each advert.
