ITV2 not working on Streaming Puck

Is anyone's ITV's & ITV2 channel not working on Sky Stream puck?

My ITV at 103, itv3 and itv4 all working ok.

But, itv2 just has nothing.

@Psdriscoll  You're replying to an almost 3 months old thread!  Of course it was backup then.

 

Have you tried restarting your puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
