I think I need a new lead from the puck to the mains power

Your service is woeful again. I need to speak to someone as I don't understand what's happened with one of my pucks

You aren't addressing Sky directly on this forum. 

if you post more information on your issue we may be able to offer advice and suggestions to resolve the problem.

 

alternatively if you want to speak to someone from Sky  you can phone.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
