I have a blue screen and no picture with my sky pucks
I have no picture on my sky stream puck. No channels at all

Hi @Laura405
Turn off at the mains for a few minutes and try rebooting your router too.
If this is happening on multiple pucks would indicate an issue with your broadband or too low broadband speed. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your puck is getting in Netflix (Profile menu > get help? > Connectivity check).
