I cannot play a film on sky cinema and I pay for it

I have been trying to play Willy Wonka all Christmas on my Sky Cinema..that I pay for!!

Why can I not get it.

Sounds like you have a Sky Stream Puck. Try turning it off at the plug for 10 minutes. I'll move your post to a more suitable forum.
