I cannot log on to discovery plus which comes with my subscription
Discovery plus comes with my subscription but I haven't ever been able to log on becuase I had previously had a subscription linked to my email address. How do I log on using my sky account please

Hi @Vickybrooks
You need to take out a free subscription via Sky marketplace as described here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus
You then need to link your Sky account with your discovery account. If you are saying this isn't working you will need to speak to Sky customer service or discovery support and ask them to unlink. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
