I can't cancel my tv stream pack online

Hi on the phone, advisor tall me that when i need i can cancel my tv stream for free of charge any time within 14 days of activation a device. But i cannot see from where i only found return option and i need a post to create a label for it. Please me . My tv stream arrived  on 18 feb23.

You need to call them to fully cancel the service.
