I can’t access any apps. New customer.

I am a new customer and quite frustrated. All my apps say "This App is currently unavailable". Even all the free ones. I don't get to a page to sign in or anything. Please can someone help. I can't find my answer on here.

Sky+, where you've posted, doesn't host any apps. Is this on Sky Q? Or Sky Glass? Or Sky Stream?

@Michelle20236 have you tried turning the Stream puck off at the plug for a couple of minutes to give it a proper reboot?

Yes, I can watch Sky and Live TV. It's just any apps say they can't be connected at the moment. I've updated apps a couple of times but they're still not working. 😞

So, I solved my problem. I rebooted the Sky broadband, switched the puck off at the plug, and turned it all back on again. Hopefully it's resolved now and won't be a recurring problem.
