Error code MYSKY_7998
Ive tried to activate my paramount plus included with Sky movies but I get the MYSKY_7998 error. Other advice I have seen says to look in "your products " within the "mysky" menu but that brings up the same error message

Have you checked using the mySky app on your mobile device?

I'm not sure what to check for? The fact that my products is showing any error on the sky stream puck is surely a problem

It's sorted. The "press 4 and 6" instruction was a bit misleading, you then have to scroll across, and press continue, this then gets you into a network set up page, which is different from the usual view you would have when first setting up (with a very annoying password input method!). This then performed a system update, which solved my other problem (not being able to access "my products" and add Paramount Plus - all sorted now)

Hello,I've got the same problem...How do I get to the 4&6 bit you said about to reset from the start

It happens when you do a reset, ie holding down power button on puck until you get flashing orange, then geen light.
