I am struggling to set up Sky on my tv, thusnunable to watch and tv channels like BBC1, BBC2, etc

I am struggling to set up Sky on my tv, can't  get any channels (BBC1 , BBC2 BBC3, channel 4, My5, etc. Can't get Netflix either, it wants me to pay to sign up, yet I was told Netflix was part of the Sky package

@Danielle0011  You're post isn't very clear, do you have a Sky Stream puck?  What is happening when you set this up?  Any messages on screen?

In addition to @GD1 's post. You need to follow specific instructions to link your Sky and Netflix accounts together.
