How do I return my stream box as I am not happy with what is available every chanel I try is not included in my package

You need to notify Sky that you are rejecting the product: don't 'return' anything until they've acknowledged that.

@MHH1 the list of available channels is easily found on the website, didn't you check first ?

As long as you are in your cooling off period call Sky to cancel and arrange the return of your device.

FYI Sky Glass has the same channels as Stream so don't go there !
