You can't as that isn't how the streaming platform works.
In theory you don't "record" anything. You add a series or film to your playlist. The playlist is essentially a bookmark to each episode of a series which will either play an official on-demand version or a recording Sky have on their own servers. The playlist works on a film or series level not an episode level so it collates all Formula 1 sessions together, much like it will
do with PL football.
In reality it makes no difference that all the F1 sessions are included as you can just select the one you want to watch.
