The advert for sky used to be believe in better and I really believe sky tv and stream could be so much better as a premium service but it's just not. There continues to be lots of mini issues such as issues with UHD football having issues, and the occasional waiting for programme to load and also shows missing from your playlist or a delay waiting for recently finished shows being available to watch.
The big changes I think would make a difference are
1. General fast forwarding what is now called ad skip just generally be blended into all packages when you are paying a premium over free tv even on the standard £15 package you sort of expect fast forward plus they give it away so many times through the MySky app anyway, also lots of customers without ad skip complain of advert stuck loops, etc maybe add around £2 to the £15 pack and just include fast forward.
2. A true add on for a small fee of around £10 for ad free on demand not a button to skip which includes atmos and UHD HDR all in one package very similar to how Disney plus and Netflix do it.
3. Finally with every streaming service mixing tv and movies together sky are so outdated with having a separate movie package and with so many films being released through Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Disney I think sky should increase the standard package by about £8 and include sky movies with there tv pack, it don't make sense to be separate anymore.
