How do you press red with Sky Stream Pucks?!

I have (the misfortune 🤬 of having) Sky Glass, and a Puck upstairs on my wonderful LG Oled😇😍. Hate Glass, I despise it, worse decision I've ever made, but thats a whole other story!

When watching TV upstairs on the puck, programmes often say 'press the Red button 🔴 to watch in UHD"... 

Question! 🤔 How do you press the Red button? 🔴 When I press the button with a + sign and Red circle around it, it only adds it to my play list. 'Alexa' said press + & 'select' but that doesn't work either.  

Anybody have any ideas?💡

Hi

To get the red button to work on sky stream press the button in the top right with four coloured dots. That will activate the red button or which ever coloured button prompt on the screen...Hope this helps..

I did actually try that but nothing seemed to change.  Thank you though, I'll try again when it pops up.

If you are on a BBC channel pressing the multi coloured top right button should open BBCi ...Without any prompt on screen...
