How do I get a new Puck?

I need a replacement puck. My pictures pixalates. I have keep re setting my puck by disconnecting then re connecting again. This happens every couple of days now.

@Doug066 if you're connected over wifi, it's may be the result of poor speed, interference or instability.  Work through Sky's help here.
