How do I find my PIN code

I recently signed up with Sky and tried to watch something on Sky Arts but was asked to enter my pin code. I never set up a pin code, how can I find out what it is and/or change it??

You would have been asked for a PIN code when you first setup your Sky Stream.

Its firet set as the last four numbers of your mobile number you gave when you ordered Sky Stream.

If you did change it and/or forgotten it, you can reset your pin as in this help article;
