How can I watch sky stream on additional tv?

I'm thinking of taking  out Sky stream with a puck.

I'd use the puck on my front room tv but I like to watch the odd film in bed.

How can I do this?

Can I buy a used Apple TV box?

I have a chrome cast knocking about but I've just read that they can't be used to stream Sky go to TV's now?

I'm not a gamer so I don't have any game consoles.  I have an iPhone, iPad and a Chromebook - can any of those be used?

Currently I use a Firestick but I know that can't be used.

Also, I have just taken out a deal on NOW TV cinema for £4.99 per month for 12 months. How could I watch this? Would it just be on the NOWTV app? It's half the price of what sky are affecting for cinema so I'll be keeping it.

Thanks lots 😘

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Charlene+McClean  If you want to watch stream on more than 1 TV you need a puck for each additional TV plus a Whole Home subscription at £12 per month which allow up to 3 Sky Gkass TV's & 6 stream pucks under the one subscription.

It seems pointless adding additonal costs with Now TV if you get Sky Stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you want to use an Apple TV box with the Sky Go app you'd need the Whole Home subscription. If you pay this then you may as well get a second puck for the other TV as it will give you better picture quality because Sky restrict the Sky Go output to 720P.

Alternatively, if you've already signed up to NOW for 12 months of Cinema then all you need is the NOW app on any smart TV or streaming device. There is no link between Sky Stream, Sky Go and NOW - they function independently.

In all honesty if you have a good deal on the Cinema pass, then I'd just add the Entertainment pass (or Sport) for now and come back next year and have another look.
