How do I get a replacement for a sky stream remote ? Mine doesn't work I have tried to fix it the silver thing in the battery part is not longer there and remote won't work without it .it has been dropped quite alot, is there any way I could get a replacement sent out to me ? Or would I have to take out another sky stream subscription? I have asked on the chat but the virtual assistant was just not getting what I was asking for help for .
