Good evening, we have a sky puck which was plugged in to an LG Qned TV which is just under 2 years old. About 2 weeks ago the page where the apps are all started having lines shoot out the boxes and stayed on the screen. Yesterday the screen went blank and will not show anything now. We bought in the spare TV from the spare bedroom last night and this morning we have a line from left to right across the screen ( it's a Polaroid make) . The only common denominator here is the puck that is plugged in. We have changed hdmi leads etc. we have spoken to sky who advised us to ask on here as they haven't heard of this before. They are sending a new puck though as we do not want to buy a new TV and the same thing happen again. Any feedback here would be great, thankyou in advance.
