Hi 👋
I moved house a few months ago, all of my services moved over including WiFi and Sky Stream, and had an engineer visit to install full fibre.
all of my services are working and my new address shows in my details section, but when run the service checker for TV or WiFi is still shows that it is checking the services at my previous address, and my regional TV (like the local news programs etc..) all show for the previous region.
Is there a step in the house move process I have missed or has not been completed properly? How do I get it all updated?
