Home Move Blocked, Go as New Customer?

Basically our Sky Q package is coming an end and we are not going to renew due to cost. We are also moving and the new address is blocked fo Sky Q install due unsafe roof. Are we best to sign up as a new customer to Broadband and Stream, or convert existing account? 

trying to see which one is best value.

Not sure the new address will fool sky anyway as a credit check will likely link you to sky anyway. I'd give sky a call and see what they offer you and check if it's in line with any new customer deal on the website.
