Hi,
I was told I would be sent an email to show me how to link my current netflix account to my sky stream that I have just ordered. Which includes netflix. I haven't received this. How do I do this,I am worried I got the sky stream and netflix,and will be paying again for my netflix

Don't worry - activating your current Netflix account on Sky Stream is very easy.
The first time you log in to the Netflix app on your Stream puck (with your existing Netflix login details) billing will automatically switch to Sky and any payments made direct to Netflix will automatically pause until such time as you stop subscribing to Sky.

No problem. It worried me too when I switched to Stream, but it worked straight away without any problems. You can check if the billing has switched correctly after you've activated it on your puck by logging into your Netflix account on the Netflix website. It'll say under the Membership & Billing section of the Account settings that it's 'included in your Sky package' if it's all working correctly.
