Have paid for no adverts worked for a bit now doesn't

Have paid for no adverts.

 

Worked fine for a few days - now getting adverts

 

Tried every option to get through to a human on phone or chat.

 

1. How do I get what I paid for.

 

2. How do I speak to a real human

@rovarious  You've posted this in the Sky Go forum, Sky Go has no option to skip ads.  Only Sky Stream/Glass has ad skipping, do you have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, we have sky stream.

 

But it doesn't work in the bath - and the iPad does

As advised I'd use are watching on Sky Go there is no such thing  as"ad skipping bc " that service only works when watching on a sky glass TV or a sky stream puck. If watching via Sky go you just have to put up with the ads.

What you pay for is AD SKIPPING, not NO ADS, you have to actively FF or skip depending on which app is playing.

It only works on the Stream puck, not on devices using the SkyGo app.
