My sky streaming keep hanging. Plays and hang continuously. How do I resolve this, please. Help!

Great, that's more than enough. Or should be anyway.
Give your puck a reboot, either by selecting restart from the settings menu or just turn it off at the wall for a few minutes. Then power it back on and allow it to reconnect. That can often help clear glitches like this.

You need to check your broadband connection. What speed is your puck receiving? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu at the top left and run a network check.
Sky Stream relies entirely on a constant, stable connection of at least 25Mbps for HD streaming. If you cannot provide this then you will continue to have an unreliable service.
Are you connected via WiFi? Try ethernet if possible.
