HDMI advice

We have recently got Sky + but the HDMI cable supplied is 1 metre. We have a false wall to hide the cable but the previous 3m cable from Amazon will not be recognised by the box. Do Sky have such a thing as a 3M HDMI cable that I can get and if so, who do I contact as the Virtual Assistant is driving my crazy, going in circles.

Sky won't supply you with a longer HDMI cable but you can buy them cheaply from Amazon.

Get a certified HDMI 2.1 cable to future proof yourself. Don't get any longer than this as you then run the risk of getting dropouts as longer length HDMI cables aren't fast enough to send the data required by Sky Stream. (I assume you mean Sky Stream, not Sky+?)
