HBO not working

Hello, I have HBO included in my package active shows on my account however when I sign in on my tv it's coming up as a problem and won't allow me to watch anything

@Natalie_92   You could try an app refresh.  Go to Settings, System management, Resets & updates and select App refresh.  It will take a few minutes but wait for it to return you to the Home Screen.

Can you login to the HBO Max website or the app on another device? Do your login details work correctly?

Yes it says welcome back to start streaming on HBO Max get access through sky via sky.com/myskytv when I do that it shows I have my HBO account active so I'm I sure what's going on.

There seems to be a lot of issues with some of the apps on Glass/Stream at the moment, even between boxes, some work, some throw up errors. My recommendation is to use the apps on your Smart TV, (if you have one), or a seperate streaming stick until Sky sort out these problems.
