I was told that yesterday and used the bubble to explain but no reply . Sky is becoming very disappointing . I should get a refund if my tnt payment

It's clear there is a bug or glitch on the HBO Max app with TNT Sports, I'm sure the Sky guys on here can get the technical team to investigate and correct! 👍

Yeah sure they will . Nothing done since Thurs 28th when it was highlighted . Not fit for purpose , I want my money back for a weeks worth of TNT and compensation for stress

Also having this exact issue, thought it was just me! HBO and TNT fine on a 10 year old Sony Bravia but crashes/freezes constantly on Sky Stream

So I watched the football OK last night (arsenal game) but can't watch the tennis today?

On the tennis replays it freezes everything and have to unplug and reboot the Sky Stream, several times!

Yes also have to unplug as the whole box freezes up.

Like others have said it's only the HBO app that's doing it when playing TNT sport.
Must be a serious bug to take down the entire box, rather than just crashing the app. 

Given that it's stable on other platforms points out a specific compatibility issue with Sky Stream. Suggest some devs need to fix it pronto before the tennis final!

So frustrating, it does seem sometimes like Sky really hates tennis fans as I have reported issues with the Sports app to them before and just got essentially a shrug of the shoulders in response ...

Hope if we all keep trying to escalate then something can be done!!

Last night the tennis froze and locked up the Sky box within 10 mins, switched over to the native Sony TV app and it ran for the whole evening with no issues.

Very disappointing from Sky, hope the support requests are successful and this gets sorted soon or I won't be subscribing to TNT again
