Yes it's crashing the app which then totally crashes the puck as well. I'm trying to watch French open and it's hopeless. Has done it three times in half an hour and it's taking longer and more effort to revive the puck each time. Literally can't get it back this time.
will investigate tomorrow. Used to be an issue with discovery plus as well. Remembered I used to stream on iPad and cast to tv so charging up iPad to give that a try.
This happened 3 times while watching Liverpool v Nottingham Forest on TNT Sports Ultimate via the HBO Max app on stream. Each time the picture froze, audio continued for a few seconds then eventually the screen went blank as the puck rebooted. Once the picture froze the remote was completely unresponsive. I should add that it happened during the match not before/after ad breaks.
