Green Screen instead of adverts

 seem to be getting this instead of adverts when streaming from various sky channels. Sometimes once it gets to zero on countdown the picture comes back but otherwise I have to abort and change to another channel and then resume watching the original - sky puck

I can't see your picture yet. But it sounds like an issue with Sky's AdSmart where they can insert local ads etc in the break between programmes.

Is there a pattern i.e. Is it specific channels? Time of day? Or just never works?

Have you tried a reboot in the first instance? (Settings > System Management> Resets & Updates > Reboot).

Thanks for the reply 

It is random somewhat, mainly while watching catch up TV, currently it does it every time we watch Billions, but also Landman the other day. Sometimes the picture recovers but first few secs of programming speed up, other times it says green when program starts.

Not tried a reset of the puck but it does it after powering down still.
