We are fellow subscribers on the community like you so cannot advise why. However it may be down to faulty metadata etc. it's worth checking if it can be watched on Sky Go.
For issues like this the best course of action is to email skys viewer relations team (viewerR@sky.uk) who will investigate and feedback.
