Glass tv ...puck

I have just signed up for glass tv, I chose the whole house option as I already have the puck... iv now got a email saying my puck will be cancelled from 6th July...and I need to return the puck. Why? Do I need to contact sky have they made a mistake?

It just says sky glass tv I cant see anything but that but I definitely pressed the whole house option im going to have to ring them int I 😅 im new to this i dont know if I can like chat with a agent or anything rather than ring do you know? Thanks for the reply also

@Jesse1990  It sounds like you didn't order Whole Home, but you should still be able to add it here https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup

Iv just rang them, it was a mistake email.
