Getting error “ You can’t watch that where you are right now”

Getting error "You can’t watch that where you are right now" on sky stream. 

Error started appearing on certain programs we were watching on Sky Witness and now on Cinema. Paramount seems ok

 

Have reset stream puck and restarted broadband. Error still occurs. 

Was fine week before last. Started last Friday. No changes made to service or Broadband

I am too. I've never had an issue with mine but I do know that others have. 

See where your IP address is locating by looking at this page. If it's not showing UK then you should contact Community Fibre and explain the situation. You can request to be allocated a static IP address.

Who is your ISP? It's possible you have a non-static IP address and have been allocated a new one which is causing Stream to report itself as being used in a different location which is against the t's and c's of your contract.

Yeah it is marked as a UK IP address. I'll give CF a call and have a chat.
