Hi i have sky puck conecte with an ethernet cable,sky keep trying to tell im using my puck outside of my address adding £26 on my bill

@Gazz100   Hi, is this your only puck and tv, and are they both in the garage?  If not could you explain your tv and puck setup please for the whole house?
