Check your network connection.
Sky Stream pucks are more sensitive to broadband speed and stability fluctuations than other streaming devices. It relies entirely on there being a constant connection to Sky's servers to function with any form of reliability.
Check the speed your puck is receiving by running a network check from the get help menu within the Netflix app.
You need an absolute minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD but preferably a lot more.
Try connecting via ethernet if possible, and turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings is another thing you can try. This will eliminate any WiFi interference.
