Sky Stream Puck Black Screen Momentarily No Loss of Sound

Hi,

My father in law got Stream about 6 months ago. Up until very recently it's been fine, but recently the screen on any channel will lose the picture. Sound continues okay. 

At the weekend I rebooted both the puck and his Panasonic TV by pulling the power to both. It was fine for a few days but has started again unfortunately. Just wondering if it's a known issue as his other puck in another room is fine?

Any suggestions appreciated.
