Not sure what this has to do with Sky stream which is a streaming service and not freeview related.

 

Perhaps you could explain in more details what the issue is?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you mean FTA (Free To Air) channels rather than Freeview (which is the brand name for the company which broadcasts free to air channels received via an aerial) then you need to specify which ones. Many FTA channels are available on Sky Stream but they have nothing to do with Freeview.

Freeview is digital terrestrial television broadcast from a local mast and received through an aerial: Sky Stream EPG channels don't do this (and its DTTV tuner isn't active in the UK)
