Re: Foster
@Stephen114 You'll need to provide more details as "doesn't work" isn't telling the forum anything useful.
Has your broadband been activated at your new home? What messages do you get on your screen when using the puck?

Re: Foster
@Stephen114 Is the power cable fully pushed in on the back of the puck? Have you checked the socket is giving power by using another device?

Re: Foster
@Stephen114 Is the power light coming on when you use the power button underneath the puck?

Re: Foster
Try the recovery process.
- On your Sky remote, press 4 and 6 together for three seconds. This will reset your remote.
- Switch off the Sky Stream puck at the mains. There's no need to unplug it.
- Press and hold the Standby button on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck
4. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash different colours, then remove your finger.
5. Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
5. Switch the Sky Stream puck back on and follow the on screen steps to set it up
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
