The football on the red button keeping freezing, dropping out and sometimes last totally went off. Tried the red botton on - 401 & 403. This happened last night and last week.
This isn't the fault from my end, as the message came last night, after freezing for the umpteenth time, that the red button is unavailable.
Whats going on?
