Hi I was contacted through an agent to rejoin sky on 15th June. Was offered 18 month fixed pricing for fibre 1 broadband and sky stream inc basic Netflix. Plus £30 first bill credit and a £75 gift card.
he originally wanted to set my dd up for the 15th month, I asked for it to be brought forward to 1st. They are taking the first did out tomorrow (26th) for £23 (the contract was £23 tv £15 broadband) which is a massive inconvenience to me.
also when it comes to everything else,
my broadband install date was promised asap and originally booked for 24th June which has been pushed back to 4th July now. Ok can't be helped
but the £30 credit hasn't been applied, and I've not received any information about this £75 gift card either
