Discovery+ suddenly wants me to 'upgrade to watch'

I've been watching programmes on Discovery+ regularly since I joined Sky last autumn, mostly without issue. My account with sky is definitely active, and indeed shows within my subscriptions (alongside Paramount+).

 

However, last week my TV randomly logged me out of D+, and when I signed in again, it's no longer allowing me to watch anything - all I constantly get is the 'update to watch' message. I've done a whole factory reset on my Sky puck - to no avail. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do here - can anyone help?!?!?

You should report the issue to Sky CSs😟
