Other TV services (eg YouTube Sunday NFL ticket in the US) are now allowing user to stream two things at once. Obviously on old Sky boxes the number of tuners prevented watching more than x things at once but there should be no impediment to allowing a Sky Stream box show football and F1 at the same time etc
