Faulty sky puck

I'm having an absolute nightmare, my sky puck had completely lost the ability to connect to the internet, I've been through all the steps and even pay for the boost and it's refusing to find or connect to anything.

I contacted sky sent photos of the message on screen and the puck next to the boost box on the 21/09/25 they said they would call me back and they did, sky expect me to pay for a new puck!! The other one is out of warranty apparently yet it's the newest one in the house, I've a good mind to cancel my entire subscription I've been with sky 14 years and I've never had to wait as long as this for a resolution Monday I called and they are calling back Friday, meanwhile I have had to move my son into my daughters bedroom so he has something to watch, I'm outraged by the time it's taken to basically swap a device! Absolutely disgusting

Hi @roxy84

Sky Stream pucks ordered after 23 February 2023 are loaned to you anything before this is owned by you and are will be out of warranty. However, there has been a few reports of this issue and issues with specific ISPs. EE have had DNS issues which are only resolved powering Sky kit off, power off router (not restart) for a minute and power on and then power sky kit back on. Thankfully a firmware update to the router seems to have resoloved the issues for me.

However you can try and make a complaint: How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
