Faulty puck
I have a faulty puck which is getting replaced today, they didnt make it clear if I give the driver just the faulty puck or the wires & remote as well, I will be at work, so can't question the driver, thank you for your advice as getting nowhere with the helpline

Best to give them the puck, remote and the power supply. Don't worry about the HDMI cable.
The newer 1B variant of the puck has a different, grey, power supply. Make sure you get replacements for whatever you hand over to the courier.
