Disney Plus failure

We've been happily watching Disney plus since being added to sky subscription. However, since last weekend, we've been recieving error code 1058-CONSENT_SDK_INIT_FAILURE

We've done the app refresh, turned off/on again, restarted router but nothing has worked. Any advice on how to rectify this would be appreciated!

@DV1   A couple of things to try.  Go to Settings, System management, Resets & updates, and select App refresh.  Wait for it to return you to the Home Screen which takes a few minutes.  Then go back in just the same but this time select Restart device.  Again just wait for it to reset and return you to the Home Screen.  

If that doesn't fix it try turning your router off for about 30 mins and then back on again..  I hope that works.

I've had the same problem since May 1st too. Have refreshed app, restarted device and unplugged router etc for 10 mins. No joy. Telephone sky help was useless. Did u manage to get it working again?

Tried all ofbth suggestions, but no luck. It's super frustrating, especially when you have it and then don't...with no explanation or fix. Really hoping someone can offer some pearls of wisdom with this issue.
